​​Being born the nephew of Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse, Jason was exposed to high-end hospitality at a young age, working with Emeril for many years in his restaurants.
​Jason and Jillian Cotter combined bring over 30 years of experience in Hospitality.
Growing up in Westport, Jillian has long been in love with the area and seeks to do whatever possible to have an impact on the local food system and culture – creating an establishment that sources locally is the start the impact we hope to have. ​
